Today’s guest editor, Jahleen, has steadily built up her
business to where she feels she has more than enough work and is
looking to scale. She’s not sure how best to invest her time to
achieve business growth, doing the work she most enjoys, while
avoiding overwhelm.
She asks, ‘Is there a way to maintain and increase my success
without increasing the number of hours I work?’
My first instinct is to suggest that she increases her rates to
incrementally achieve the next stages of business growth. Jahleen
has been doing that, so we work through some more strategies to
help her create a business she’ll enjoy and thrive in.
